My Story
Ever since I was a child I loved to build. At the age of 13 I had started a business mowing lawns, by 14 I was selling newspapers door-to-door, and by 16 I was leading teams.
I was also very into lifting weights and doing my pushups to 'get jacked'.
I've always been althletic and ve always been very driven to get better and improve myself and others around me.
My wife and I got married when we were young. We became parents at 24. I found myself not knowing what I wanted for a career so I ended up working a corporate job that drained the life out of me.
While tied to a cubicle and a phone as a stock trader, I started asking hard questions:
Is this really what life is supposed to feel like?
Is it normal to hate what I do for 40+ hours each week, away from my family and the things I want to be doing?
I started reading more books and writers that opened my mind: Think and Grow Rich, The 4-Hour Work Week, anything Dan Koe wrote - taught me one thing: I didn’t have to settle. I could design a life. I could build it.
Then life threw it's punch: I lost my mom when she was 46. I was 27. That moment shattered the illusion of “someday.” There were no more tomorrows to waste.
At the time I was 30 pounds overweight. Drifting. Uncertain about my career. Unsure of how to lead a family when I couldn’t even lead myself.
So I got back to work - on my body, my mind, and my skills.
I fell back in love with building things. I dove headfirst into web development, got certified, and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer. I went from feeling lost to building scalable systems that help businesses grow.
My days no longer felt like a prison. I felt excited to get back to the projects I was working on.
At the same time, I rebuilt my health. Lost the weight. Gained over 20 pounds of muscle. I stopped chasing shortcuts and started building systems that actually worked - ones built for people with full lives, families, and real responsibilities.
Because health isn't just about aesthetics. It’s about leadership. It’s about being the kind of man your kids can count on. It’s about showing up for your wife with presence, not just presence of mind - but energy, stability, and strength.
Today, I split my time between building software systems for business, and helping high-performing professionals - CEOs, entrepreneurs, and everyday parents - build bodies and habits they’re proud of.
The businesses I work for don't want excuses - they want systems built that will last their company years into the future.
My clients don’t want six-pack selfies. They want to live longer, lead better, and feel fully alive.
That’s why I became a certified nutrition and fitness coach - to give others the system I wish I had. One that fits into real life. One that turns discipline into freedom. One that transforms more than your body - it transforms your future.
At the end of the day - I'm just a man trying to find his way through this life the best I can, supporting those around me, and sharing my journey.
Thanks for being here.
